Acknowledge the cravings your body has- is it sugar, caffeine, and/or attention? Take a moment to ask what it is you really need, and why? The better one becomes at being more tuned-in to one’s body’s signals, the more successful one will be at reaching set goals. For example, most “hunger” cravings may really be a sign of dehydration.
